Ethan ChunMichelle at Kent Jewelers is the greatest, no question about it. My wife and I have bought two rings from her now! The first was the engagement ring. I came in not really knowing what I was doing, and Michelle was patient with me the whole way. She asked great questions and helped me figure out what my now-wife would actually want while never pushed me toward anything. I left feeling like I'd made a good decision, which is not how I expected that to go. Then shipping got tight against my flight out to propose, nothing on her end, just the timing of when it was landing. Michelle had a backup ring set aside in case it didn't make it, and then went and tracked down the UPS driver she knew and drove out to meet him so she could put the real one in my hands before I left. All while communicating exactly what was happening that early morning! She had a plan B ready and still did everything she could to make plan A happen. She didn't have to do any of that. My wife and I still talk about how that went down and how grateful we were to have the actual engagement ring when I proposed! A year later we came back for our wedding bands and it was the same deal. She remembered us, remembered the ring and that story, and again she guided us to find bands we both actually liked. If you're ring shopping anywhere near Blacksburg, go see Michelle at Kent Jewelers. She's the reason we'll keep going back.
