They appear to be a restaurant, but this feels more like a bar that happens to have food. Their whiskey selection is among the best I've ever seen and as a whiskey snob, I highly appreciate it and will give it the highest praise. They have multiple allocated selections to choose from for you to taste and indulge. They had me at Pappy and the Old Forrester Birthday. As a whiskey snob I would come here repeatedly for this, and this only. The food however, I was not impressed with. $26 for a burger is pretty steep, but I do realize you have to pay for a great whiskey selection some way. The ambiance was nice and the wait staff was very friendly. Good but not great overall. Whiskey = Excellent.

Such a great, unique experience in Blacksburg! After dropping our kids off at a summer soccer camp, 6 families stayed in town to watch world cup. Once that was over we walked down to this new "bar" as I had seen them on social media and looked cool. So glad we went! It was mostly empty when we walked in and while we felt bad bombing this little spot with so many people the hostess/waitress was so welcoming and allowed us to sit where we wanted. She took our drinks at the leisurely pace we wanted, kept separate tabs, and offered great advice. 1 bartender did an amazing job with all of our very unique drinks, and all with a smile on her face. Fantastic selection of spirits, crafted just right. I hope people give this place a chance, it's awesome!! Can't wait to come back. Oh and while I didn't order food the folks in our party did get the Caesar salad, beef kabobs, and a Burger and said they were all prepared great and very tasty!

Stopped in for a drink, and it was amazing. I’ve tried old-fashions just about everywhere, but their “twist” on this classic, the Nutty Professor (bourbon, pecan syrup, orange bitters), was not only unique but delicious. Hostess and bartenders are friendly, attentive and efficient. Atmosphere is great as well. Who would have thought a gem like this would pop up amongst all of the standard college bars in Blacksburg. Make your reservations early…they are booked for a reason.
