In my opinion for fine jewelry and for original breathtaking designs, there is only one jeweler in NRV, and it is Capone’s! Their team of designers (Faith, Austin and Caitlin) do everything! I wrote in a previous post what Faith has already designed for me. I can now add a new piece—an exquisitely set opal in a most original design that Faith made for me. I am moved by her talents as a jewelry designer, her vivacious, caring personality and vision. Austin has the diplomas, experience, know how and demanding aesthetics to buy incredible pieces, to help any customer or to do any request for jewelry or jewelry repair. The Capone team has original pieces they created on display for purchase. If the piece is not made by them, they are custom, hand made necklaces, rings, bracelets etc. that dazzle. Also you can be sure no one else will be wearing something similar. Locally owned means you will be welcomed with kindness and in-depth knowledge about gems, settings, design features etc. It is my to go place for retirement gifts or any other important moment in someone’s life. They accommodate very modest budgets to larger budgets. I always find the perfect gift. Attached or featured is the last test piece of jewelry Faith designed for me. It is obvious that I love Capone’s and the Capone team❤️!

The owners/employees run a business that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction. They also care deeply about the work they do and how they charge for it, which is very rare. I brought my engagement ring in to get it resized and they took care of it within days and was a very low price compared to their competitors in the area (the next best option I found was another jeweler that tried pressuring me into getting him to resize the ring for $50 more and it would take an additional week, just for reference). Capone’s is a great example of why I choose to support small businesses. They did a gorgeous job and actually take pride in the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough. I could not speak more highly of Capone's Jewelry. I have been married for 17 years and never liked my engagement/wedding rings (love you, honey) and for my 40th birthday my husband said I a design my own ring for my gift. I am very particular so when I went to Austin with a few ideas I was not sure if he would truly grasp my concept. He sent me a few drafts with suggestions and after a few back and forth the ring was created and I was so excited to see the final product. Last Friday I was given the ring and could not be more delighted with everything about it. The process was painless and even enjoyable. I love, love, LOVE my custom ring and Austin nailed my vision. It is my new favorite thing! Thank you to Capones and of course my husband for the perfect 40th birthday gift!
