Virginia Tech clarinet students perform a free recital. Led by Dr. Bryce Newcomer, the Virginia Tech Clarinet Studio is a vibrant community of musicians committed to artistry, collaboration, and personal growth. Students explore a wide range of repertoire, develop advanced techniques, and perform in chamber groups, concert and athletic bands, and the VT Philharmonic.

Open to both music majors and minors, the studio provides a supportive and inspiring environment where students receive individualized instruction and mentorship. Dr. Newcomer brings a wealth of experience as a performer and educator, guiding students toward excellence in both solo and ensemble settings. Visitors to the Blacksburg campus Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will need to display a parking permit, utilize the ParkMobile app, pay the daily charge for a pass, or pay for parking using an hourly meter. A range of parking options can be found here.

All campus parking, including along Alumni Mall, requires a parking permit from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., unless otherwise noted by signage.
