Great Store! John was very friendly and was able to help me get set up with a beginner camera other than a point n shoot I use regularly! The store was filled with all kinds of cameras, film, records, and lenses. He was very helpful and even showed me everything I needed to know! Will be coming back, if you are wanting to get into film photography this is the place.

Great little camera shop. People like to complain about the prices here but they don’t seem to understand the value in a place like this. John is an expert in older cameras and he will advise/ teach you with a smile on his face. Sure I might be able to buy the same camera on eBay for cheaper but I know that Johns merchandise comes with a guarantee from a man who cares about his work and reputation. These are the types of places that won’t exist in 10-20 years and I’m happy to support them while they’re still around. Pictured is a beautiful Mamiya C3 that John helped me pick out.

Great selection of old cameras and equipment scattered around the walls and floor. A certain old stationary musk like your grandparents office room would have. Not organized very well and a few odd characters running the place that make you want to be a fly on a wall, but it got still such a charm and I think its better that way. Took some cameras i got from family in and he thoroughly cleaned them up and got everything working again, all for no cost besides the batteries. Physical media is making come back with kids my age and I hope Johns spot pays the bills and stays here for as long as he wants it to. 5 stars!

I have "Recently" been going through my parents things. My mother has always been a bit of a hoarder and I had no idea what to do with the cameras and records. I just wanted them to find good homes and John did that. I will be forever grateful.

My husband and I found ourselves in this little shop on a bored (and cold) winter day with no real plans on making a purchase. However, we were both very curious about learning to shoot film….someday. John was so helpful and encouraging we wound up making a purchase and are so excited to start learning and experimenting. Thanks John! Hopefully we will return with awesome pictures to share!
