We stayed at this Quality Inn for one night, and it was a bit confusing at first. Technically, it was listed under a different hotel name, even though it was really just the Quality Inn. That made it harder to find, especially since we arrived late at night after a long day of driving. It was a little frustrating trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. Once we got inside, though, things got better. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were very nice and helpful. The room looked like it had been recently renovated, which was a nice surprise. It was clean for the most part and pretty spacious, which we appreciated since we were tired and just needed to relax. We did notice the sheets had been washed, but there were older and had some faint stains. Also, since we were on the bottom floor, we could hear some noise from the room above us. Even with those small things, I’m giving it 4 stars. I think that’s fair for low price, the type of hotel it is, the overall condition, the friendly service, and the fact that it includes breakfast (even though we didn’t get a chance to try it). It’s also in a convenient spot for travelers passing through.

I want to give this place a shout out, me and my husband have stayed here a couple times. We come here when we come to town instead of going to family’s home. It’s quite peaceful and The rooms are amazing and they are very clean, everything is new.We have also had the pleasure of staying in their other hotel that’s attached to this one and it’s just as clean and nice. The staff that works here is also very nice and friendly and will do what they can to help you or if you have a problem they will fix it the best they can. The hotel manager Ashley is one of the sweetest nicest ppl I have meet in a long time. She goes out of her way to make u feel at home and she will fix any issues that arise the best she can.If you get ride of her i probably wouldn’t come back she is what makes us come back and the hotel. I want to also give a shout to I believe her name is Judy she is the breakfast lady who does the breakfast.she is also so very nice and she will go out of her way as well to help you if she can. She will even help carry breakfast back to ur room if u need help .now those two Ashley and Judy ( I hope that’s her name ) are amazing ladies and will go over the top to help they need a raise that’s for sure. I just wanted to write this today to give thanks back to one of christiansburg finest hotels and ladies you definitely need to stay here and give it a try and see what I’m talking about. 🙏🏽 thank you for everything Ashley and Judy (hope that’s ur name ) y’all r the best..
