We found ourselves stranded in the middle of the night on the side of 81 and our tow truck driver brought us here! Jackson was the nighttime desk clerk and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We didn’t have anything at all with us except for a bag of wet clothes from the river, because we were headed home after a day of tubing. He gave us water, toothbrushes, and toothpaste! Our room had everything else that we needed and more! Breakfast is included in the next morning. We got a delicious hot breakfast and even the ladies in the breakfast area were pleasant, cheerful, and made helpful suggestions! The morning desk clerk, Taylor, went out of her way to help us find a TV remote for our room and chargers for our cell phones! Just on Service alone, I wish I could give 10 stars!

My first stay here. I wanted a room on the top floor, no pet room, away from the elevator, ice machine on the rear of the hotel. That's exactly what I got. The room smelled good inside. The ac was so quiet it was had to tell it was on. The room had all the things you would find in a apartment. Complete kitchen with a dishwasher. Very roomy. The shower was awesome. My gf said the water turn on was on the wrong side. I told her no, it really correct as you can turn the water on without getting wet. It cost more to do it the right way. Even the shower massage head was functional. The bed was great as were the pillows. Had breakfast downstairs and surprise surprise...real plates and silver ware. Real coffee cups. Plenty of options for breakfast. I just wish I didn't have to sign in for Nexflix or even you tube. For the price of the room...this is place to stay hands down.

Just wanted to leave a review for the amazing staff here. They were having issues with their booking system but were able to get me in and were so considerate. Also, I forgot my Kindle and they reached out to me about getting it back to me. Location was safe and easy to get to, room was clean and nice. Grateful to have found them on my very long road trip and have the ability to get a good night's rest.
