My mother and I were traveling from upstate NY to Greenville SC for a quick trip. This hotel as a Fairfield definitely exceeded my expectations. Fairfield doesn't get enough credit. April and the others were very knowledgeable with the area and treated us with respect and was a pleasure to encounter during our stay. The food was hot. Not like cafeteria food. It was clean and smelled like a new hotel. There were upgrades happening to the hotel which didn't disturb our stay. The beds were comfy and the water in the showers was hot. Everything in the room was clean and housekeeping was on top of everything. I definitely recommend this hotel over others in the area. I have been staying at hotels on and off for about 5 years now every 3 months traveling from NY to SC and back..and vice versa. Area was great. Everything we needed down the road. Our view was to the nice salt water pool. Free parking, as to some Courtyard hotels charge for parking

For the money this hotel was good. The breakfast was the high point. Friendly staff and clean. A couple of suggestions- gym could use a spin bike in place of the broken treadmill, curtains need something underneath them to block light, they are too high off the floor, room could use at least one place to charge with USB and micro USB cables. Beds are passable for a good hotel, not the top of line but more comfortable than Days Inn quality. Shower had tremendous water pressure and was plenty hot. Quiet rooms and convenient location. A good stay, would recommended for families, for value, for a short stay in transit, etc. I researched other hotels in the area and this one had better ratings and quality than others at the price point anywhere within an hour along the US-81.

We booked this hotel after reading the decent reviews and we're excited to rest after a full day of driving. Upon arrival, we received our room and discovered ants all over the desk area and AC unit. I requested to move and we luckily were able to move to a new room in a different floor. I believe the night employees name was Chris and he was apologetic which we appreciated. Our second room was unfortunately next to the cleaners supply room so we heard lots of banging and voices through the early morning hours. Beds were very comfy and it was nice to have shampoo and conditioner already provided. We wish there would've been a microwave but that's the least of our concerns. The noon check out time was great and we enjoyed a very good breakfast with polite and friendly attendants! Be mindful of the initial $20 incidental fee as well.

Lovely place everyone ways absolutely pilot and friendly! I love their cleanliness and cozy atmosphere!!!! I'm disappointed that they could not share one bottled complimentary water. This is my second night this week to stay at Fairfield Inn being a driver we don't go home for 3 weeks or more and one free bottle of water declined instead 3 dollars a bottle.

First room assigned had ants so called desk and was immediately moved to room without ants. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was a little noisy but rested comfortably.
