Ordered two half-dozen boxes online an hour before I showed up. When I got there, they didn't have even a single item from my order ready (mostly old fashioned). Then, they put my two half-dozens in one box. That defeats the purpose of ordering two boxes to share with different groups of co-workers.

I’ve been to a lot of locations and today was by far my best experience ever! My food was correct my order was nice and the two beautiful lady’s at the drive where friendly and actually cared about there job!!

UPDATE: Service has definitely improved over the last 6 months. I wanted to update my review from 1 Star to 3 Stars, I'm feeling cautiously optimistic since my last review. Old Review: New girl on drive thru and stressed out by the management screaming at them. Got my order wrong, tried to get it fixed only for the management to yell at me. This place needs proper management. Not only was I double charged but ended up not getting anything. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. I got sick of the situation and left with nothing,no refund and no drinks. I'm a daily customer,Very disappointed!
