I was looking to purchase a Yamaha FS820 and found the pricing on Rocket Music was the best. As I live in Florida, I was hesitant ordering online and having a guitar delivered, I.e., I would have preferred to go directly to the store to buy it. Regardless, I called and spoke to "the bass player" (forgive me, I forgot his name) and he answered all my questions which prompted me to trust the online purchase and dreaded delivery (busted up guitar? oh, no). The process was very easy and the guitar arrived within a few days, SAVE and SOUND. The setup was just like I left the store. I am happy to report I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Rocket Music again, and recommend purchasing from them. Rock on!
