I really do enjoy this place however the service is SO hit or miss. Today, they messed up one of our drinks and one of our sandwiches. I'm not sure if it's laziness or incompetence, but there seriously needs to be some QA cause this definitely not the first time this has happened. Probably every other time I go, they mess up one of the sandwiches by just forgetting ingredients. I'll probably still come by cause I really like what they have, but dear god double check they made it right.
