Kaitlin HillWe stayed here for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent from start to finish. The housekeeping staff was probably the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—they left handwritten notes, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. Being able to tip via the QR code was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, and the staff who kept the breakfast area stocked was always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating as well. The pool was great, with floats available and even a basketball hoop. The gym was also nice and clean. One of my favorite features was the outdoor area with comfortable couches, a fireplace, and a TV—a perfect place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Caitlyn SchnureWe had a great stay. Definitely the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in. Room 228 was super spacious and exceptionally clean. The entire staff was friendly and went above & beyond to make our stay a great one. The location was very convenient and walkable to a lot of stores and restaurants. Can’t recommend it enough!

Sonia BI had a great stay at the Hampton Inn while in town for a graduation. Even though the front desk said the hotel was last updated five years ago, it honestly looked and even smelled brand new. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast food was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. If I’m ever back in the Radford area, I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

JoséGreat place in a beautiful town! It's very clean and well kept with a nice pool and outdoor sitting area etc just like one expect. Great place to unwind after traveling. Very friendly staff. We stayed for an extra day! Oh and we had our dog with so a nice place to walk the dog too. highly recommend

Kat3Clean, convenient and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. However, to come in the evening after a long trip and be told that we had to book the room online was sort of bizarre. Being a Hilton Honors member, that certainly does not seem to be the service Hilton is known for. I understand there was a new computer system that was just installed. So, if we did not have phones and were elderly, how would we have gotten a room? Everything else was 5 stars though.
