I have been here multiple times. Great choices of sandwich, seasoning and sides. Comparable pricing to Misson Barbecue next door in Christiansburg. Fresh food, promptly delivered to your table,seating inside and outside. Your choice. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Short waiting period. Check it out for alternative experience.

I was hungry after work so I stopped by Chicken Salad Chick to grab a bite to eat. I went inside and straight to the register/counter area to look at the menu. The front area clerk was very nice she greeted me as soon as I got up there. She asked me if I needed any help making my choice I said yes and she definitely helped me and answered any questions I had. I got a regular style chicken salad on a croissant with a side I got Mac and cheese and a drink, that came to $12 I thought that price wasn't too bad. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was BIG and good, my side of Mac and cheese was a decent size as well and it was good too. I got my ordered very fast. The whole thing didn't take long at all. I got my food to go but you can dine inside too. Their dine in area was pretty full with customers. The atmosphere I gave 5 stars because the employees were great, nice and very fast and efficient , the dining in area was pretty full but it wasn't too loud and the environment was nice. The place was clean even at the fountain drink/tea area. There wasn't trash like straw papers, napkins etc all over there wasn't a sticky mess everywhere and the fountain drink machine was clean. Most places that have fountain drinks the machine is usually always dirty, but Chicken Salad Chick's was not.

Not a huge chicken salad guy, but this place is the bomb. Food is reasonably priced, especially with the services provided. The manager, Heaven is kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and seems to be very hardworking, honestly a delight to interact with.
