Just an absolutely stunning experience! I would recommend super shoes but especially this store to everyone! The cleanliness and superior customer service that I received is phenomenal to say the least! Specifically William the store manager is so above and beyond while assisting you with everything you need. If they don’t have it they will make sure you find what you need or even ship it directly to you! I can’t speak highly enough about this store!!! Run don’t walk!

I usually don't give reviews, I am writing to share the outstanding experience I recently had at the Supershoe location in Christiansburg, VA. While looking for a specific shoe, I was assisted by Will. He provided the absolute best customer service. I found the location didn't have my specific size and Will quickly sold me one the quick delivery service and arranged to have the shoes delivered to me - best decision. In addition, Will listened to my desires and suggested another in-stock pair that fit my needs perfectly, leading me to purchase a second pair and walked out with shoes that day. Then as Will brought my shoes to the front, like shoe services used to be, he listened to my concerns about my currently worn Jordan's and he helped me find the perfect replacement laces to freshen up my kicks. I was so impressed by his patience, willingness to listen, and overall excellent service that I mentioned whoever his manager was should praise him, only to find out that Will is actually the Store Manager. It is clear why he holds that position. Thank you, Will, for the exceptional service. I will certainly recommend this Christiansburg location to everyone I know. Will, aka Jr. is 💯 the best!!! Corporate should recognize him for keeping the Christiansburg location rocking out and the best in the New River Valley!!!

Shoe shopping at Super Shoes. My wife was looking for a new pair of sketchers and we was in the area so we stopped in. Seems to be a nice selection of stuff. A few hats and clothing items, but lots of shoes. The employees were nice and helpful. Prices were average at best. Look for the sell items.
