I was using Best Western points for my entire Appalachian trip this week. However, when I arrived at the BW Sure Stay in Christiansburg VA, the front desk rep told me that their system said I owed 1 cent before I could check into their hotel and asked me if I wanted to put it on my credit card. I said NO and went back outside to get a quarter. When I gave her the quarter to pay my 1 cent, I told her to keep the change for the next 24 people who might owe 1 cent upon check-in. When I got back home, there was a 1 cent charge on my credit card. Everything else was typical Sure Stay. Not great. Not bad.

Front desk was accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated. As a big fellow I could not fit in the tub. Extremely too small. The toilet could have been clean better. A/C kept turning off even after putting it on continuous. Beds were decent. Pillows could stand to be more comfortable. Room was mostly clean and quiet. Thanks SureStay
