This Old Navy store is well stocked and well managed. I usually buy clothing online due to convenience. Today, I visited the store after many years. Miss Kim was extremely helpful in choosing the right pair for my kids. She’s very knowledgeable. I will certainly recommend to shop here due to the simple fact that they will make you feel welcome/ important. Thank you Kim for your help.

always have a good experience. today i was taken care of by a wonderful girl with long black hair and pretty tattoos on her arms! didn’t catch her name, but she’s mastered the “small talk cashier” role. i’m not one to feel entitled to any sort of overly kind or personal interactions with cashiers, but after a long day at work and much needed shopping trip, it was refreshing to see a cashier with a smile on her face and a conversation rolling! whoever you are, you’re awesome!
