The center stone nearly fell out of my engagement ring that was made by another jeweler while back because two prongs were cheaply and weakly made. I went to Ed & Ethel’s to have it remade with different prongs and have the setting lowered so it wouldn’t catch on everything. I received my ring today, a full two weeks earlier than the estimated timeframe and the quality it’s FAR SUPERIOR to what I previously had. It’s absolutely stunning and so well made! I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs, but especially if you want something custom made. You will be very happy you did!

These guys are awesome. Complete service and super friendly. They were nice enough to cut off a ring that was now too tight for my wife, we had purchased it at Kay's and they were unwilling to cut it off. Kay's can take your money but then just leave you hanging. These guys said no problem, we will take care of it, we are just glad to help.

Very very nice folks. Outstanding customer service. Solid some of my late mothers jewelery and got a very fair price for it. Used that to have a special diamond I purchased for my wife mounted into a pendant. I will update to let you know how that went but so far I will say if you need jewelery for anytime in your family or anyone else for that matter I would highly recommend these folks.
