My wife and I came into VA Furniture Market looking at couches because of some issues with ours. We were met by and worked with Tommy Manuel. Tommy worked with us to help us find what we were looking for and the pros and cons of several pieces. He also was diligent in helping us file our insurance claim on our old couch. Tommy stayed in touch between visits and was there to greet us when we came back to make our final purchase. Again, he was patient and very helpful with us. We will only use Tommy in the future for any of our furniture needs!

I went to Virginia Furniture Market- Christiansburg to look for a new sofa. Salesman, Richie Hinson, greeted me at the door.He was very helpful in helping me to find the sofa that matches a recliner that I already have and love. He was thorough in showing me the features and explaining their warranty and service plan. The customer service was exceptional.

Perfectly attentive and also let us look and try on our own. But if we had a question Richie was available and so kind. We brought our young granddaughter and had no issues with that. He even said it was nice to see that she got the experience of shopping for new furniture. I highly recommend seeing what Virginia Furniture Market has to offer. The customer service was superb. When we decided on the perfect set, the finance department was so helpful. When we need additional furniture, we will definitely be back!! 😀
