The center stone nearly fell out of my engagement ring that was made by another jeweler while back because two prongs were cheaply and weakly made. I went to Ed & Ethel’s to have it remade with different prongs and have the setting lowered so it wouldn’t catch on everything. I received my ring today, a full two weeks earlier than the estimated timeframe and the quality it’s FAR SUPERIOR to what I previously had. It’s absolutely stunning and so well made! I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs, but especially if you want something custom made. You will be very happy you did!

While I am typically the recipient of Ed and Ethel's jewelry via my husband, for the past several months, I've had my own projects to work on with this wonderful crew. My engagement ring had been repaired by a previous jeweler, and I had not been happy with the repair. That experience underlines why it is very important to have a competent and skilled jeweler. Leaving a precious piece of jewelry in the hands of anyone to work on can be very hard. Chase brought the ring back to its original brilliance, which was not an easy task. More recently, this crew helped me select a 20th anniversary gift and guided me through a 3rd project that came in so far under the expected budget that I'm still in disbelief. Each interaction I've had has been pleasant, and the team is knowledgeable about the industry. As the recipient of several pieces of jewelry from this team, my favorites have been the pieces that Chase has made - most recently, what turned out to be my husband's 20th anniversary gift to me. My husband and Chase designed the ring together to match a necklace. Both pieces highlight stones without overpowering using smooth goldwork. If you're looking for a jeweler and not just a store, this is the place.

Very very nice folks. Outstanding customer service. Solid some of my late mothers jewelery and got a very fair price for it. Used that to have a special diamond I purchased for my wife mounted into a pendant. I will update to let you know how that went but so far I will say if you need jewelery for anytime in your family or anyone else for that matter I would highly recommend these folks.
