i was shopping on Presidents Day and went to the Roanoke (Valley View) location and this location in Christiansburg ...never been to either ...these folks were way more friendly ...and talkative ...now don't get me wrong ...both so kind ...but somehow this lady (employee) seemed so much more genuine and interested in being present in the sale (of my 2 pairs of shoes/sandals) than the other shopping experience. the other lady felt forced?

Rack Room is my go-to for shoes, Melissa is always so friendly and helpful when I come into the store if what I want is not in store she will offer to order it for me. The store is always clean and organized. Hand Down the best Rack Room I have been in. Keep up the awesome work, it does not go unnoticed.

We been buying from this location for last few years. Our yesterday’s visit was great among all. Miss Katie greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She helped my teen age son to choose two pairs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Derek was very helpful during checking out process. Thank you Katie. Wishing her and the store very best. I will certainly recommend this store to everyone.
