Our sales person Melissa Robertson is extremely helpful. I told her what we wanted and she brought me to a high-end sofa loveseat, which had everything I wanted, save a lot of time looking all over the store ! We mainly We’re looking for a lift, but This one had great reclining capabilities. My wife And myself has a very goodexperience there was and I thank Melissa for her time and help.

I can't say enough great things about VFM. From purchase to delivery, it was seamless. A special shout-out to Cameron and TJ on a smooth delivery. We have had a few deliveries from 3 different stores and none as smooth as what these 2 young men did. They were so kind and so professional. They represent VFM well. I would 10/10 recommend this furniture store!

Highly recommend and encourage you to purchase their protection plan. We have purchased multiple furniture pieces from VA Furniture Market-Christiansburg from dining set, bed, living room furniture, to our newest sectional that wasn’t even two years old and my cat destroyed it while I was on vacation (she was supposed to be in the basement but the door didn’t latch) and they replaced my sectional. It was such an amazing experience and continued all the way to the delivery and set up of my new sectional. Jonathan, V, and Hunter were the delivery team and they were wonderful. Completely professional with all they did and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Jonathan was very careful with the cords and made sure everything was set up correctly and working properly. Such a great experience all in all.

After being greeted, we very much appreciated being able to look around without sales personnel putting pressure on us. Very pleasant experience overall. We went to all 3 popular furniture stores in the area, but VFM had the best selection, best prices, and best customer service. We absolutely loved our sales rep, Brady. We appreciated that he gave us our space, but also made sure we were finding what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and most importantly…not pushy. We can’t wait to get our furniture!
