Five star rating all around. The burger was delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable. The establishment including the bathroom was clean and quiet. Easy to navigate to and from with plenty of parking.

So this is the first time going to a red robins. I ordered the BBQ burger stk fries and Mac and cheese along with cheese sticks as an appetizer. When I got the meal I didnt recive my Mac and cheese and my burger tasted like it was cooked on an oil filled grill like it was soaked in it. It was gross. The service is great but the kitchen could use some work

We drove 2 hours because it was what my daughter wanted for her 18th birthday dinner. Went ahead and ordered the bottomless fries as we got our food. Ended up waiting for about 45 min just to get them and had to remind the waitress as well. She barely came by because she was talking to her coworkers about it being her last day. She was sweet and all, but just because it's your last day, doesn't mean you slack so much your customers feel ignored. I did want more fries but it was still a long drive back home and it was getting late. We may come back again, but hopefully with more prompt service. Food was cooled off by the time we got it, so it didn't seem so fresh and since my daughter got the lava burger, the topping was so thick she had to scoop it out onto the top. Not the best experience, but not the worst either.
