Sky KershnerMathew and the gang are tops. Very knowledgeable. Very fair minded. It's not just about making the sale with them. The want to be sure that every customer loves their bike.T hat was my experience anyway. I had lots of questions. They were very patient. I ride my bike all the time now. Feel pretty fit and healthier, and am super grateful for the great service provided by the whole Trek family, and especially the guys at Blacksburg!

Bruce BaileyGreat knowledgeable crew. They had my bike up and running in less than an hour. They had all parts on hand, a great experience.

Robert JamesWe have been long time clients of East Coasters and were initially skeptical when Trek purchased the store. Fortunately some of the current management and bike mechanic staff were retained as they were one of the big reasons for buying Trek! Last year we had our name on a waiting list for an ebike and were not successful in getting one. We purchased an ebike from another retailer and I was just not satisfied with the fit. We tried again to order a Domane + and can't say enough positive things about the support provided by Matthew Dabbs, the store manager, in getting a Domane + SLR 9 in no time at all. Thanks also to Ian for the great fit and support. I have had it less than a week and love it!
