We had a wonderful three-day stay and were genuinely impressed by the experience. Check-in was quick and welcoming and the front desk made both us and our dog feel completely at home. The hotel was consistently spotless, both the lobby and our room. Breakfast was very good overall, though we would have loved to see a few more fresh fruit options. What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. We were in town for a visit to the VT Veterinary Hospital and didn’t know when our dog would be discharged. When I asked about a late checkout, the team kindly told us not to worry about it, which meant a great deal to me. Checkout was just as smooth as arrival and the hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again.

Family stayed for a week (softball camp for daughter and state baseball tournament for my son). Hotel room was nice and housekeeping staff were super friendly and accommodating. Not impressed at all with front house staff - made guests feel like we were inconveniencing them when asking for new toiletries and linens. Hotel ran out of shower toiletries and made no apparent effort to get/find more. Hot water system seemed undersized, as we took cold showers every afternoon. Staff made multiple comments to other guests that were overheard, essentially stating they hated when ball teams stayed at the hotel. And hotel pool was closed for 2 days due to “unusual activities” which was a clear message that they didn’t want our boys in the pool anymore. I know it is more hectic for staff when the hotel has ball teams staying, but we had 10 rooms booked for 4+ days which is not an insignificant revenue stream when school isn’t in session and a non-football weekend. But no worries, we will stay somewhere else in town next time, ensuring we’re not inconveniencing staff. Hope this post is helpful for other families traveling to the area for ball tournaments — your business is not appreciated.

Staff is exceptional. Never had such polite and helpful staff at a hotel like this. Rooms were clean, good location and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel is more family oriented and less college student oriented. Malik did a great job!
