Only one seller in store…he deserves a hourly pay raise. First time in here my DO at VCOM suggested this place. When I arrived the store attendant had 5 people I was patient then he helped me while there he seen over 10 people, eased all customers like a pro and sold to everyone. This place is busy I see why the seller makes the difference he knows his stuff.

Best experience I’ve ever had getting running shoes. The employees were so attentive and patient with my friend and I and the shoes we got are exactly what we each needed to help with our needs!!

I want to recognize the good customer service that Will Fink and his staff gave me at “Run About Sports” in Blacksburg VA (Home of Virginia Tech) on 2/25/21. I was interested in a pair of shoes that would fit my problem feet. -Will- explained that the “Hoka Bondi” shoes would offer me orthopedic comfort and stability. He noted the specifics and explained them well. He was absolutely right and true to his words. These are one of the best pair of shoes I have ever worn. I simply wear them for walking on a country road where I live. After walking in them I didn’t have the foot pain I had previously experienced. My feet felt good. I had asked Will Fink to send me the specifics of what he in part explained to me regarding the shoes and this is what he sent: “The Hoka Bondi is a maximally cushioned neutral shoe, with an inherently stable geometry. The midsole consists of a tall slab of soft, plush foam that provides incredible protection from impact forces from running or walking and high durability. With a wide platform, the Bondi creates a very stable base that won't try to change your movement patterns, but instead roll forward with your foot as you move through the gait cycle. For a neutral shoe, it is the top of the line in terms of cushioning and support in a surprisingly lightweight package!”-Will Fink I want to thank Will Fink and his staff and heartily recommend “Run About Sports” in Blacksburg VA for all of your foot exercise needs. They and their shoes well deserve a 5 five star rating. Sincerely, E. Roy Guerrant

We came to get a good fitting for some new running shoes, and Annie was super helpful! She was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help me find the perfect shoe. Would highly recommend chatting with her if you need help navigating the shoe market, she deserves a raise!
