B&B Theatres Blacksburg 11 with B-Roll Bowling

I stumbled upon this establishment looking for an early movie. What a spectacular place! We got there right when they opened and had the whole place to ourselves. Because we were early, the plan was to eat lunch and then see the movie. Not only is the place gorgeous (the bar lights up!) but the food was ridiculously good. I had a caprese salad with a perfect balsamic sauce and some sort of Italian sausage chili - marvelously delicious and cozy on a dreary, rainy day. My friend had a mushroom Swiss burger, which she loved. Imagine our delight when they were delivered in to go boxes we could take into the theater!!!! I'm told you can order your adult beverages to take to the movie as well. Speaking of, the reclining chairs were oversized, soft and incredibly comfortable. Service was good, though most workers weren't overly friendly, then again, they were just opening. Plus - there's an IMAX that we didn't get to see. The bowling area looks fun, if I were a bowler, or had the time to enjoy the bar long enough to think I was a bowler. We definitely plan to come back. Well worth the trip from Roanoke!

This was my VERY FIRST time visiting B&B Theatres in Blacksburg Va. We actually visited the bowling alley the arcade. We had a blast bowling. Everything was clean and well taken care of! The atmosphere was perfect actually and our waitress was grand!! We had a pretty big party and she never wavered. She was on top of it. I took my grandsons to play games and they had a blast. There isn’t a ton of games but there’s enough to stay busy for a little while!! I highly recommend visiting here if you haven’t yet!! The ONLY THING I can kind of complain about is when my grandsons were ready to cash in their tickets we had to wait for at least 15 minutes before anyone came over and when he finally got there he was a young college age kid and he definitely was NOT the nicest at ALL!! He acted as though WE were BOTHERING HIM! And like he was in a hurry and couldn’t WAIT for us to be out of HIS WAY! He certainly did NOT interact with any of my boys … he really did NOT speak to ANY of US UNLESS he was SPOKEN to FIRST! But other than that I have NO OTHER COMPLAINTS !! Fun Place overall!! 🤗

This is a fun place for families and friends. We were celebrating a birthday. We watched a movie that surprisingly everyone, from 7 -80 years old enjoyed. While those of us who traveled 2 hours ate, the others played at the arcade. The food wasn't great, but not too bad. Then we bowled. I haven't bowled in a long time. It was fun to get at least one strike.
