My husband and I came into the store yesterday, Saturday 23rd August to get some new running trainers. We were served by a young blonde man I believe called Cooper (this is what the receipt said). He was completely alone in the store on what is possibly the busiest weekend of the year with all the freshman coming in and the return of all the other students. Whilst we were in the store, there was an influx of at least 7 other groups of people, some with more than one person needing new trainers or some type of support from Cooper. We have never seen someone stay so calm in such a stressful situation. Cooper was incredible. He made sure everyone was greeted at the door, no one had to wait long periods of time for anything and everyone had a personal and pleasant experience. This young man should get absolutely get a promotion! I dont know how he managed the entire store completely alone on a day like that without so much as a hint of being stressed or frustrated. Amazing service and such a wonderful person. We will always be coming back and hopefully always when Cooper is there. Thank you Cooper (I hope this name is correct!) you were fantastic. I hope you get the recognition you deserve for all your support and hard work.
