The bowling alley itself is pretty nice, and the lanes and overall atmosphere were enjoyable. However, it was extremely hot inside the facility, and management should consider lowering the air conditioning to make guests more comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The customer service lacked in all areas, from attentiveness to overall guest interaction. While the facility has potential, improving the level of service and addressing the temperature inside would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Venue was cool. Bowling went well mostly no complaints there. I would say my one complaint was it didn't have good bowling screen animations. They were actually super creepy and unsettling. It was like some eerie artsy clips that showed like meth heads losing teeth as a "spare" and someone eyelashes getting burned off and saying "open" or whatever. I normally bowl like a 290 but these images threw me off so much I only bowled a 52. I thought it was weird this was in March. Like if it was Halloween sure that makes sense but spring time isn't the time for this. Just for the record, I wasn't SCARED per se, but I was creeped out. Like this one time I was doing a haunted maze during Halloween and I didn't jump at any of the scary people so I was clearly not scared. But there was a room with spiders in it that just kind if made me uneasy, NOT SCARED! This was a similar feeling. But the waiter was nice he made sure I was OK as he could tell I was off put my the imagery. All in all though, I would return to this bowling alley. I just might make a point not to look at the screen. Also mad cause my son's basketball team lost because of a bogus foul call at the end. They were gonna be the top seed in the U13 tournament until that horrendous referee decided to screw us. 4 stars because I came in with a bad attitude already and the bowling only mildly improved my mood.
