Nestled between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains, the banks of the New River and headwaters of the Roanoke River, Montgomery County is a natural oasis of outdoor enjoyment in Southwest Virginia.  We are home to two of Virginia’s largest towns, Blacksburg and Christiansburg, as well as Virginia Tech – Home of the Hokies! We are proud to call the Huckleberry Trail our own – an expansive 15+ mile trail network which binds our community and connects to Brush Mountain Biking/Hiking.
