Spent a lot of time and unnecessary money on an inherited pool with very little enjoyment and a lot of bad advice from another pool service last year. We were told by a good friend to call Little River and get Cooper out to assess what we had going on. We called in late Feb. Little River has consistently showed up on time - often early, stayed late when needed, and did an absolutely incredible job. We have gotten more enjoyment out of our pool in the last week than we did all of last summer. They replaced the liner, trouble shot leaks, and corrected multiple other issues. Cooper and his staff are meticulous, patient, full of explanation and possesses what very few do - which in my opinion is generational knowledge of pools and how to make yours functional and manageable. I cannot recommend Little River enough, and cannot Thank them enough for getting us up and running!

I want to thank each of the 3 young ladies that helped me solve my pool problems at the beginning of the season. They were great at explaining what the problems were, how the problem most likely kept happening and taught me a bunch of running my pool equipment properly. Our family had a great summer thanks to your help and guidance. The products you recommended took care of the problems and left me with a sparkling pool to cool off in. Your way was much cheaper than any of the other products I was using. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. It is so refreshing to find a knowledgeable person and smiling face when you are fed up up with your pool. It is rare these days to get both at the same time. So willing to help with your pool issues and availability is amazing. They have a number you can text to get information on how much chemical to use by entering the results from their testing strips. It was nice to feel like someone had my back. Thank you again for your service.
