The black out shades didn't work but the staff did their best to accommodate me and compensate me. 10/10. Hot water worked really good which is pleasing.

The rooms are clean. The area is really safe and quiet. Okay breakfast selection. However, the overnight staff wouldn’t allow me to be in the lobby and use the WiFi down there. I had stuff to do and the WiFi on the 4th floor is terrible so I went downstairs only to be told that they were mopping so I couldn’t be down there.

We stayed here a year ago and were very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, so we decided to come back with family for a quick vacation. I was very disappointed at how dirty our room was. It smelled like musty feet and cigarettes when we walked in, and after checking beds, we found that the sheets in the fold out couch were super dirty and I had to go down to get new sheets. Our bathroom was also pretty dirty- hair in the tub and floor, and stains on the walls from who knows what. We were on the 3rd floor and found that the window didn’t lock nor did it have a screen or safety mechanism from a child reaching up and opening it. Luckily our children were old enough to stay away from it. We also realized as we were going to bed that none of the outlets on the bedside table areas worked. So we were limited on where to charge devices. All in all I was not as impressed as the first time, and we will more than likely stay else where the next time we visit.
