Great customer service!! From the moment we checked in, to our departure, we had an excellent experience. Milan and Sarah provided excellent front desk service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. If you visit the bar, remember to ask Milan for one of her famous cucumber margaritas. She is a true mixologist!!

Second time staying here. Both times have been great. Friendly and attentive service. The free breakfast is one of the best I've had at this type of hotel - fresh cut fruit, plenty of options and always stocked full. The crew worked non-stop to clean off tables and empty trash. The room was very clean. Will stay here every time I'm in Blacksburg.

The rooms are great; it's not easy to find two queens PLUS a pullout, so we loved that. Check-in was easy, online check-out didn't work (a general Hyatt problem, not this property) but regular check-out was quick and easy. Two small items kept this from being a 5/5 for me: lots of door slamming, where the whole room shook, and breakfast ending at 9am caught us off guard. All that said, this is my #1 choice property when coming to Blacksburg.

Room was nice. The TV was a bit hard to figure out at first. The AC was quite loud at night; you can adjust it yourself, but be prepared for the noise if you like to sleep in the cold. Parking can be limited, which is frustrating. The breakfast was lovely and complimentary.
