L. H.I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Blacksburg University from August 18th–21st, and a big part of that was because of Brianna. She truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the moment I interacted with her, her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out. Brianna has an incredible way of making guests feel welcomed and valued. She was friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way she could. Her positive attitude and beautiful personality made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was also very comfortable. The bed and pillows were exceptionally cozy, and the room provided a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent as well, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the area. I love that it’s close to the college. Employees like Brianna are what make a hotel experience exceptional. She is truly an asset to the Hilton Garden Inn, and I hope her management knows just how much her efforts are appreciated. AnScibelliRoom bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The exhaust fan vent was full of lint and there was mold around some of the bathtub and tile caulk, as well as on the ceiling which was starting to also have a paint peel ....... The overall room and bathroom was a bit dated and is in need of a refresh. Would I stay in this room again? Yes if the price was right. Overall the main areas of the hotel seemed nice. They seemed more updated then the room.
