Xiaojie HuaI just moved to VT. On the last day of December, I entered this library for the first time. It's like a treasure trove. The staff here are really nice. There's even a water boiler at the counter. How wonderful it is to have a cup of free hot cocoa and sit at the spacious desk to read! I'm an English learner and I hope to find a way to improve my English here in the new year. If you're interested, please come and help me！

Gin CarterThe people at the Blacksburg Library are amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. I needed some things printed/copied in a panic tonight and Katie totally saved me. She could not have been kinder or more helpful. The other staff members were wonderful and friendly too. On top of the staff, it is a friendly, welcoming, good sized space. Everything is clean and nice and they have nice displays like this one of Nikki Giovanni's books I saw tonight which made me smile. It's also one end of the Huckleberry Trail, so you can walk to/from there to/from many places which is lovely too. I cannot say enough good things about this library. Definitely go here! It is wonderful!

Betty WhitleyThis library is one of my favorites. I love a library but Blacksburg library is more than a beautiful book nook. It has so many community offers and ideas, arts and even recipe and plant swaps. What more could you want? Definitely 5 ⭐️s

S. J.The Huckleberry Trail starts here at the Blacksburg library with a bike repair station. A great place for walking and biking. The trail is paved and continues over 7 or 8 miles to Christiansburg Recreation Center.
