I stopped by recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The food was tasty, fresh, and definitely enjoyable. It’s not the best meal I’ve ever had, but it was solid and absolutely worth what I paid. Speaking of price, the value here is great. For what you get, the cost feels more than fair, which makes this a nice spot if you want something good without spending a lot. The curb‑side setup was a unique touch and super convenient. Everything was organized, easy, and fast. My food came out in about five minutes, which was a nice surprise and perfect if you’re in a hurry. One quick heads‑up: they don’t accept AMEX, so make sure you bring another card. Overall, good food, great prices, and fast curb‑side service make this a solid place to grab a quick bite.

We stumbled across Dude's Drive In while out and about visiting antique stores in the area. What a nice place to eat!!! We didn't have to get out of our car because the server came to us.... Took our order, then brought our food to us. We cashed out right from our parking place in the lot. The hamburger was fresh. We were told it had never been frozen, and from the taste, I believe this to be true. The fries were fresh and hot, too. The price was reasonable for what we got. We will definitely visit here again when we are in Christiansburg.

The service and atmosphere were incredible. As out-of-towners, we felt like we had been coming there all our lives. My hotdog was concerningly red but I bit into it anyway, only to discover that it looked as though it had been artificially colored. It never occurred to me to ask if their meat was artificially colored or flavored before ordering, but I ended up throwing the hotdog away and finding another spot for lunch.

Great local fast food stop, fairly close to I-81. We visited on a Saturday evening during a drive along Interstate 81 and pulled into a curb-service parking space. A staff member quickly came up and asked for our order. The menu was clearly printed on multiple sides of the building for easy reading but with no prices listed (no inflation updating required). We ordered a Dude burger, tots, cheeseburger, fries, and a couple sodas (Pepsi products, no Coke). A few minutes later our food was delivered to the car, total was $18 and change and we added a tip for the staff member. Our burgers were great, fries and tots were crispy, and Pepsi was...Pepsi. We ate inside the car and were back on the road quickly. Overall, a great place to stop for a quick bite and we'll be back.
